Matilda & Peyman are an adventurous couple that met a few years before their journey began. After living in a car and a minivan for almost 2 years, saving money and investing in gear for their trip, including innovative Marine Solar Solutions like the SUNBEAMsystem and Tough Black Solar Panels, they finally hit the road in 2018 from Helsinki, Finland to Turku, where they took a boat to Stockholm, Sweden. 

After crossing all of Europe from Finland to southern Spain, they faced a crucial decision about their next destination: Africa or Asia? They decided to let their fans and followers make the choice, and the verdict was clear: they were headed to Africa! 

However, due to the pandemic that closed borders worldwide, their plans to cycle through East Africa had to be altered. As 2020 and 2021 became increasingly uncertain, they set out for another thrilling adventure, cycling north to the Arctic, traversing Finland during the coldest time of the year, and facing tough snow and some of the most extreme climates in the world.
