Adrian has been a marine industry professional for over 30 years working with global marine industry leaders providing distribution solutions and sales channel management for the likes of Navico, Ocean LED and Garmin (Fusion).
He brings strong analytical skills, specialising in trade terms, team and account management, P&L, pricing strategies, accurate forecasting and contract negotiations.
Adrian makes insightful winning decisions to successfully develop business initiatives thus maximising profit whilst minimising cost and margin leakage. He always works with the aim to ‘do better’ thus driving continuous improvement.
Carly is a skilled administrator having previously worked for a number of marine companies over the years including Simpson Lawrence and Silva Ltd where she managed their UK sales desks. Carly also has a passion for water sports, particularly sailing. Having been raised on a number of different family boats she not only has a wealth of knowledge in the marine business but a very strong practical knowledge of the products GDS represents.
A marine industry sales professional for 20 years, Matt is recognised throughout the industry as a leader in sales channel development and OEM product integration. Recent successes in new brand development and scaling market penetration from ground level up with brands such as Fusion Entertainment and PropSpeed, Matt is able to identify routes to market coupled with developing marketing and POS strategies that ensures rapid growth across all relevant aspects of the market.
Over the years the team has worked with a number of key players within the marine business development space. Several of these professionals have gone on to represent some of the biggest names in the industry and have produced market leading results. These key industry players continue to enjoy fantastic results in their own right and now work with GDS Limited in growing partner sales channels throughout the world wherever the opportunity offers itself.
