Adrian has been a marine industry professional for over 26 years. He has Senior international Sales Manager experience spanning 15 years working with Global Marine Industry Leaders providing distribution solutions and sales chain management.
This extensive experience coupled with an engineering background has provided Adrian with strong analytical skills, specialising in trade terms, team management, P&L and account management, pricing strategies, accurate forecasting and contract negotiations.
Adrian makes insightful winning decisions to successfully develop business initiatives to maximise profit, minimising cost and margin leakage. He always works with the aim to ‘do better’ thus driving continuous improvement. Confident in communicating at all business levels and thrives equally in a team environment as well as sole project activity. He also ensures the task is finished on time and on target.
